Euractiv zufolge soll beim letzten Ministerratstreffen grünes Licht für Vorbereitungen einer EU-Ukraine-Trainingsmission gegeben worden sein: „Since the meeting was not expected to make decisions but rather give the political green light, ministers agreed that “preparatory” work should be started. […] According to an internal document by the EU’s diplomatic service, made available to EURACTIV, the mission ‘could build on the training initiatives of EU member states already underway and help support and coordinate these efforts’.“ (jw)
