Es ist durchaus „interessant“, dass nach 20 Jahren Krieg ein Bericht des US-Sonderinspekteurs für den Wiederaufbau Afghanistans (SIGAR) vernichtend ausfällt, weil die USA mit zu engen Zeitplänen gearbeitet habe: „The US government consistently underestimated the amount of time required to rebuild Afghanistan, and created unrealistic timelines and expectations that prioritized spending quickly.
