Ob das wirklich ernst gemeint ist, ist natürlich nicht ganz klar, aber AP zufolge soll der französische Präsident einen Truppenabzug aus Mali in Erwägung ziehen: „French President Emmanuel Macron on Monday suggested France will pull troops from Mali if the country’s institutional instability persists and inhibits the fight against Islamic extremists.” (jw)
