Nicht ganz unerwartet, gehen militärnahe Seiten wie Stars and Stripes nach dem Wahlsieg von Joseph Biden davon aus, dass der geplante US-Truppenabzug aus Deutschland kassiert werden dürfte: „President-elect Joe Biden is expected to kill the Trump administration’s plan to withdraw U.S. forces from Germany soon after taking office in January, in a move that would reset the NATO alliance after four years of tension with Washington, analysts said.” (jw)
